Hokuloa Outrigger Canoe Club members, each year, elect a board of directors to oversee the financial interests of the club and to ensure our vision is clearly articulated to the larger SCORA community and to our various stakeholders.
Elections are generally held in September at the end of the race season allowing the new board an opportunity to relax after a competitive season of long distance racing before hitting the ground running with goals and objectives for the coming year.
